Brief Answer:
Two weeks
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Though the itch would subside sooner it takes a little longer for the rash to resolve. The average duration could be 3 weeks. I saw remission over a month in some.
The pictures are not clearly stating anything. The pictures are in high resolution and would not say well about resolution.
But Ketoconazole 2% is a standard prescription. Along with it maintain good personal hygiene. Make sure the area is dry and clean all the time.
Wear loose and cotton clothes to absorb sweat, do not wear undergarments at night.
Let me know if you have any further inquiry.
Regards
