Brief Answer:
You need not worry, a single application shouldn't be harmful.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to HCM forum.
The drug belongs to pregnancy category C.
That means, even though the drug is better avoided in pregnancy, theses can be used in times of necessity and effect on fetus is not serious or well established.
Some commonly used drugs like antihypertensive, antiepileptics etc also belongs to category C.
In short, a single topical application of the drug is nothing to worry much. You can be confident.Just avoid further use.

Brief Answer:
Lactifibre is comparatively safe.
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Due to smooth muscle relaxation effect of hormones, pregnancy is associated with some constipation in all individuals. Usually this can be managed by maintaining good hydration and including enough fruits and veggies (with good fiber content) in the diet.
Anyhow, if needed you can use stool softeners occasionally after discussing with your doctor. Lactifibre, lactulose, and bisacodyl are comparatively safer. These belong to pregnancy category B (can be used without significant effects on fetus). But regular use is better avoided as it can cause side effects like abdominal discomfort, electrolyte imbalance etc.
Pegmove is better avoided as it is category C.
Hope now you got cleared.
