hi thank you, well I got my vitamin d levels tested in July and I was at 18. I initially went to see the dr because I felt a little depressed. which is why I also tested my b vitamins.

Vitamin d is low at 75???

sorry for the misunderstanding. 18 were my levels back in February. they are 75 now. so regarding b vitamins, should I keep taking b complex?? And I'm also taking st johns wort for depression
