Question: Hello doctor I had my first IVF cycle as a FET which got failed although my embryos were very healthy and the lining was good . I have decided to skip cycle and was on meprate and got a period . Will go on overal l then will go for another fet. I am planning to loose weight . My bmi was 24.1 and my weight was 62.5 and height 5'3" . I have lost one kg although I am trying to bring to 55 kg. can the loss on the weight help me to concieve . Is there some vitamins which. An take when o go for fet.

Hello mam, good to see your efforts and I wish from the bottom of my heart for this FET cycle to be successful.
Yes losing weight definitely helps by setting the hormones in right quantity and thus implantation rates improve.
As far as supplements are concerned it is well documented that in patients with unexplained infertility antioxidants have a very good role in improving implantation rates.
So iny opinion take antioxidants like lycogold Q10 and melatonin on daily basis along with folic acid tablets.
Some studies have shown proven benefit of ecosprin 75 mg tablet but it needs to be taken only 3 months prior to the planned FET cycle so take according to that plan.
I basically practice infertility so you can ask me any questions and even the slightest doubts anytime 24×7 on this forum,
