Does Withdrawal Bleeding Mean The Same As A Period Bleeding Of Not Being Pregnant?
Question: I know that he bleeding which occurs during the 7-day break of the pill cycle is withdrawal bleeding and not a period. However, does that bleeding mean that I am not pregnant in the same way a period does? Or should i take a test just to be sure?
Brief Answer:
Urine test will make the sure diagnosis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The bleeding after pill break is a withdrawal bleeding. Even if you are pregnant there can be a slight bleeding but the flow will not so heavy as the normal period.
If you have not missed any pill during your last cycle then pregnancy is not there. Still you can test your urine to be very sure.
I hope this answers your query. In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out. Wishing you good health.
