After carefully examining all the pictures that were sent, I consider two possibilities as the cause for the slightly raised area over the left paraspinal region of dorsal spine (pictures 1325 & 1329 shows the deformity) -
(1) A possibility of COLD ABSCESS formation. I am considering this because you had a history of Glandular tuberculosis. Also spinal tuberculosis is a common presentation. Though you have taken ATT (anti tuberculous treatment) for 6 months, there is a chance for resurgence of disease activity. This cold abscess (nothing but sterile pus) develops in the paraspinal region (area adjacent to the middle of vertebral column) similar to the area shown in your pictures.
An Xray of the dorsal spine & MRI scan will diagnose this problem.
(2) A RIB HUMP - which is nothing but a prominence of the paraspinal area in the back secondary to a change in the curvature of the spine (mild scoliotic deformity)
Please let me know if you have any symptoms or problems with this deformity so that i can think in terms of other possible causes.
Regards

I appeal to you not to take it granted as a rib hump. Its only a possibility. To exactly your diagnose your condition , a direct physical examination as well as investigations are necessary.
A CT scan is a better diagnostic tool than a simple Xray to know the exact configuration of both the vertebral bodies and the orientation of the ribs.
I suggest you to consult either an orthopedic surgeon or a spine surgeon for further workup and management.
Good luck

I personally prefer either a spine surgeon or an orthopedic surgeon over a Neurologist.
There is no harm in taking Vitamin D tablets as it will correct any muscle related issues (if any).
Have a great day
