This is my father's report of the given tests.

These are very general tests, let me point out the major abnormalities: a hemoglobin of 9.1 indicates anemia (low blood counts) which could have many reasons: blood loss, occult or evident, infection, poor marrow production, nutritional deficiencies, early destruction of red blood cells, etc, and will have to be looked into further by the doctor.
The ESR is an indicator of inflammation, but in your father's case cannot be interpreted accurately since it will be "falsely elevated" if there is anemia.
Kidney function looks good (Creatinine, BUN). The liver function is impaired, with elevated bilirrubin, SGPT, SGOT and low albumin; again the causes of liver malfunction are many: infection, toxins including alcohol, metabolic disturbances, etc, so again, your doctor will likely need to order more tests depending on your father's medical history and physical examination to try to elucidate the cause for liver impairment.
