Dose Non-penetrative Sex Cause Pregnancy?

Question: Hi doctor,
ME and my gf were pleasuring each other with our clothes on. I was just kissing her and I did not touch her vagina at all. She was rubbing my private part but over my pants. After some time I ejaculated inside my underwear which I observed was wet from outside (The outer part of underware). After this incident happened she went to pee. But before peeing she washed her hands with cold water. She then went for nature's call and wiped her vagina with wet tissue paper with same hand with which she was rubbing me.
Doctor will she get pregnant?

Hi doctor thanks for the reply. Doctor her last periods were from 24 Feb to 28 Feb and this incident happened on 5 March. Doctor I even read on Internet that sperms can pass through cloth. Like I said my outer layer of underwear was wet then rubbing on pants would transfer sperms on hands. She even washed her hands but again I have heard that sperms get killed with warm water and soap and that too when washed multiple times. She just washed her hands only once and that to without soap and after washing she used the same hand with which she rubbed me to wipe her vagina after nature's call. Doctor was she fertile on that day?
Brief Answer:
fertile period but NO chance of pregnancy.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
According to her period dates, 5th march would be her fertile period.
But the chances of pregnancy are negligible for the following reasons:
1. Sperm can not pass through so many layers of clothes.
2. She washed her hands (even though once), the semen/sperms would have washed away.
3. Even when a person ejaculates into vagina, only a few sperms survive the acidic environment of vagina.
Considering your case, even if by any means the sperms would have reached her vagina (the possibility of which is NIL), those would have been killed by acidic environment of vagina.
Do not go by information on the internet. Not every information given on the internet is true.
I assure you that there are NO chances of pregnancy in your case.
Hope this helps.
Feel free to discuss further.
Thanks.

1.Hi doctor thanks for the reply, doctor what if she had not washed her hands and wiped her vagina without tissue, would there still be possibility of pregnancy as she was in her fertile stage?
2 . Doctor just curious to know has it ever happened in medical history that pregnancy occurring just by dry humping (this incident can't be dry humping as nothing happened) but has it ever occurred?
3.doctor was it okay for her not to have i-pill because we thought rubbing over pants would not affect her in any way but later she wiped her self.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.
Reply to query 1- Still there would be NO chance of pregnancy.
Reply to query 2- I do not think so. I have not heard of such a case of pregnancy. With all my medical experience, I do not think there are any chances of pregnancy in such conditions.
Reply to query 3- There is NO need of i-pill for her.
Hope this helps.
