1. About a year ago I had a vitamin D deficiency, so my doctor put me on vitamin D2 50,000 IU therapy on a weekly basis
2. Recently, because of the Covid situation, I also started taking a multivitamin
3. The multivitamin contains vitamin D3 600 IU daily
4. My question doctor is, do you think that is too much vitamin D to ingest on a daily or weekly basis? Thank you

Generally, 50,000IU of vitamin D is given for a start to replenish low levels of vitamin D. I generally give this for 8weeks and allowed with lower doses of vitamin D. I think you should have stopped the megadoses already and transition to maintenance dose of vitamin D.I often recommend 1800-2000IU daily for maintenance purposes. Please re-check your blood vitamin D levels as it can accumulate in body.
