Answer
Detailed Answer:
Hi there
Thanks for the query
Usually getting up after sitting or cross leg position can cause pain in knees with early arthritis.
If you have not had any trauma before to knee then arthritis due to wear and tear is a possible cause.
Avoid cross leg sitting and squatting as much as you can. This will reduce the stress on the knees.
Apply warm wet cloth to the knee as hot fomentation for relief. You can get an xray of the involved knee to confirm if it is arthritis. Take Paracetamol 650mg three times a day for 5 days for pain relief.
I hope I have answered your query.
I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
