1. I am 48 years ago I underwent a cardiac nuclear stress test

Brief Answer:
Please refer to the detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern for your health and well being I would like to tell you that the radiation which a patient receives during a nuclear stress is quite high as compare to the radiation received normal x-ray.

However the radiation which patient received during the nuclear stress test that is around 4 to 10 msv is considered to be within safe limits.

Such tests are not repeated frequently if once they come normal, so don’t worry about repeat exposure.

I hope this information will answer your query.

Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
Hello again

Detailed Answer:
It could be simply because of your concern towards it in your subconscious or could also be due to sympathetic stimulation which these substances like alcohol, caffeine, cigarettes causes.

If this happens every time then it’s advisable to avoid alcohol.

Kind Regards
