Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

After going through the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that your lipid profile details are just slightly deranged and there is nothing to be much worried about.

Considering your young age group and all normal previous test reports, it’s advisable that you should start following strict healthy lifestyle habits which includes

1. Daily morning walks for about 40 mins
2. Eating healthy diet less in carbs and more in Fibre and proteins
3. Healthy sleep cycle
4. Good water intake
5. No smoking
6. Cut down on caffeine containing drinks

No medication or further tests are required as of now. Just follow this routine strictly and repeat lipid profile after 3 months and you will see the improvement.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
