1. Several years ago I started having a problem when I go to sleep
2. I awaken suddenly & very aggressively in a state of fear & panic
3. This can happen a few times a night and last for several days
4. It usually seems to be associated with emotional & psychological stress that I am undergoing during the day
4. My heart related medical tests so far have been ok
5. Have you very encountered this phenomena? how serious is this? Do you have any recommendations as I am concerned that this may adversely affect my heart in the long term and also my overall health
