Dr. Anders Mark Christensen Hello, We Are Not Ok, He
Question: Dr. Anders Mark Christensen
Hello,
We are not ok, he feels worse comparing whole last year, he had fever for 5 days, 2 days without fever, today he got it again... no inflammation, no virosis, why he has fever then?? crp 3, wbc 7.6, rbc 4.5, hgb -119, iron 6.8 (in september was 23), ast 57 (was 54 in April), creatinin 39.
He probably has some rare desease, but which one?
I will also mention some symtoms more: his penile is often in erection when he cries and wakes up, he had balanitis last summer also, sometimes when i touch his penile he says no and "over- done", next) he reacts with discomfort and saying NO and hurt when I touch him on some part of the upper left back near spine, i mentioned he was crawling in a way he was dragging his left leg, he didnt alow to bend it also.
Urologist says penile is fine, orthopaedist also fine. The did not any exams except physical.
3.he also often ribb his eyes since he was born.
What connects digestive system issues, back issues, urotract issues, eyes issues?
There must be some congenital disease in a matter.

Hm... i am not sure anymore. He doesnt have any skin rash.
His glans is quite purple since he had balanitis. Is that normal?? I saw by my friend's son that he has ligjt pink glans, and it looks normal. He pees small amounts, but over the night he pees a lot, diaper is full, all symptoms are worse when he lies.
I am not sure what to test anymore. From stomach, penile, spin...

Brief Answer:
Is there another pediatric department in your region?
Detailed Answer:
Is there another pediatric department in your region? In my opinion it is necessary that you get a second opinion from a specialist, who can look at all the reports from the other department(s) and do a thorough physical examination.

hello, after 20 months of investigation, torture, sadness because of not getting certain diagnosis,I think I found main problem by my son-penile. He had a refluks for sure, but after alternative medicine his refluks quite decreased. Last night I did the following: by the every wakening, I opened his diaper and noticed that the diaper is warm, so he was peeing at that moment, and he has pain after peeing, and he doesnt allow to touch his penile after that. I did that 4-5 times last night. He pees very small amount during the day, but when he sleeps he cannot control it and he pees more, but then he has paintful peeing for sure. from the first day, I knew there is something more behind reflux, I hope we found cause of his pain finally... which exams we have to do? psychical exams are not enough. Hi again Marijana,
Those are very excellent observations. A pediatric urologist may help by performing an ultrasound, CT urography or a cystoscopy in general anesthesia.
