Dr Sharka I Stand And Walk A Lot At Work

My opinion as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Welcome back to Ask a Doctor service!
I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms don't seem to be related to the heart, as your heart rate and blood pressure values have been normal and you have no other symptoms like shortness of breath or dizzines.
The pain that you describe seems to be related to a stretched muscle or a pinched nerve.
Does hurt when you put pressure with your hands on it?
Does it hurt when you take a deep breath?
These would be other arguments in favour of a musculoskeletal or nerve pain.
Anyway, as a Cardiologist I would exclude any cardiac issues.
So try to relax and don't worry about it !
I would recommend taking ibuprofen for the pain and try to have some rest.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!
Kind regards,
Dr.Iliri

Dear XXXXXXX
This description of the pain is typical of a musculoskeletal pain or nerve pain.
There is no reason to panic about your heart!
So, there is no reason to perform any additional cardiac tests!
I would just recommend taking ibuprofen for the pain!
I hope you will find this answer helpful!
Please let me know about everything!
Wishing all the best,

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Based on your description of the pain, I would conclude about a musculoskeletal pain or a pinched nerve.
I would completely exclude any cardiac issues and I would not recommend performing any additional cardiac tests, as I am sure that they would result normal.
So, try to relax and don't think about it.
Feel free to exercise as you want and follow your daily activity as always, because nothing serious is going to happen.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
If you have any other questions please let me know at anytime!
Wishing a nice weekend,
