Brief Answer:
CBC shows raised RBC count - cause of low MCV & MCH, RBC morphology normal.

Detailed Answer:
hello,

I have gone through your complete blood count (CBC) and peripheral blood smear (PBS) examination.
The report shows that your red blood count is on higher side and there is relative lymphocytosis.
Currently there is nothing more to be done and the hemoglobin levels and RBC count need to be monitored by regular CBC at 4-6 months.
The parameters - MCV and MCH are low. These parameters are calculated and a high RBC count is the reason for it since RBC morphology is normocytic normochromic.
There is relative lymphocytosis and absolute counts are within normal range so again there is nothing to worry.
