1. Your results show reduced kidney function, consistent with your known medical history.

2. The low testosterone, FSH and LH is consistent with your treatment for prostate cancer.

3. Your PSA, marker for cancer prostate, is normal. This shows that there is no active cancer at this time.

4. Your blood cells and all other tests show no gross abnormalities. There are no numbers i am concerned about at this time.

5. Your diabetes is well controlled looking at the glycated hemoglobin.
