Hello

After reviewing the ECG report attached by you I would like to tell you that the ECG is a sinus rhythm ECG with T-wave inversions in inferior and lateral leads.

Now as the patient is a young female so these changes can be non-specific also. however they can also be due to underlying ischaemia so it’s important to evaluate the changes further by getting a stress echocardiogram done to rule out any underlying cardiac pathology.
