Brief Answer:
CBC report shows macrocytic anemia.PBS,vit B12 & folic acid assay required

Detailed Answer:
Hell,
Thanks for posting your query on Ask a doctor forum.
I have gone through your complete blood count (CBC) report.
The CBC report shows low hemoglobin and hematocrit.
The red cell indices are also abnormal showing high MCV and high MCH.
These parameters suggest macrocytic anemia.
Macrocytic anemia can be caused by deficiency of vitamin B12 and / or folic acid, alcoholism etc.
I suggest you to get peripheral blood smear (PBS) examination and vitamin B 12 and folic acid assay.
Kindly, post the results of these parameters for further interpretation.

Thanks and take care
