Brief Answer:
Maybe due to stress

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It maybe due to stress or any recent medicine.
Enjoying the food requires a person to relax and be in the moment (rather than future).

There are many ways to deal with stress including talking it out with psychologist/counsellor, smiling through the situation, taking long deep breaths, pranayam, practicing breathing techniques, etc.

You may also keep a watch on your blood pressure, fasting sugar levels, weight routinely. Also do a complete blood count.
You can eat whatever you feel like at fixed time and in moderate amounts. May take help of a dietician to make a diet plan.
If there is loss of weight, then please contact your doctor.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
