Brief Answer:
Need to consult qualified Urologist
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query
Based on the facts that you have posted the pain in groin that you have could be either due to stone in ureter or inflammation of appendix(Appendicitis) which can be confirmed only by doing Ultrasound Scanning of the abdomen.
Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and Culture
2) Blood test for WBC count
3) Ultrasound Scanning of the abdomen
Further treatment will depend upon the results of these tests.
Thanks and Regards
