Thanks for the query.
Brief answer...most likely due to electrolyte loss and low blood pressure
Detailed answer...
Since you are already taking medicine for your blood pressure,heavy drinking can reduce your blood pressure.
Heavy alcoholic intake dehydrated you badly resulting in loss of water and potassium etc.
Both dehydration and low blood pressure is causing weakness to you.
Take orange juice,lemon and banana ( it will take care of potassium loss ) along with plenty of fluids.
You should be all right in couple of days.
Make it a point in future not to resort to binge drinking as it can prove to be very harmful and sometimes ,even fatal. Alcoholism leads to nutritional deficiency so you should review with your doctor the next time about Vit B and C deficiency. This may lead to mineral loss as well.
Keep taking your medications as advised.

Hello,
I have read the contents and find that it has both herbal and allopathic contents.
The product is good and has many vitamins,minerals and anti oxidants in it, but I don't know how far it will be successful in helping you in your addiction.You may use the product and see the effect yourself.
Kindly don't depend entirely upon the medicine.You must develop sufficient will power so as to resist the temptation to drink.
