Due To Stress, Heavy Diet, Irregular Sleep Timings And Hormonal Imbalance Cause Irregular Periods?
Question: I had only spotting during my periods. There was a scanty flow on 2 days other than that there was no bleeding. I experienced red coloured discharge/ breakdown of ovum that usually happens during periods but not accompanied with blood flow. This is the first time it has happened and I am concerned about it being due to stress, heavy diet, irregular sleep timings and hormonal imbalance. What tests should I get done?
