Brief Answer:
You are overweight and this can be the cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have gone through your query and understood your concern.

Estrogen levels in adult males are typically 10-60 pg/ml or 10-40 pg/ml depending on which type is being measured.
The normal level of estrogen may vary depending on factors like age and health conditions such as diabetes.

You have high estrogen level. This condition can be caused by aging, stress,a diet high in refines carbohydrates, obesity(excessive body fat),testosterone replacement therapy and high levels of aromatase enzyme in your body.

I suggest to consult physically your local physician and discuss with him about the rigjt cause of your high estrogen level.

Hope this is helpful.
Wosh you good health.

I did talk to my endocrinologist. She said something similar. But I have so many other health issues:

high blood pressure
trouble sleeping
anxiety
tinnitus
hearing loss
high estrogen
sexual dysfunction

I was wondering if it could possibly be a a pituitary adenoma. Is there anything that could prevent that from being the issue or is that a possibility?

Brief Answer:
High estrogen is related to low testosteron level.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

High blood pressue is frequent in overweight people.I suggest to schedule a cardiologic check up as soo as possible.
Trouble sleeping and anxiety can be related and both can be caused by stress.
Titinus and hearing loss can be related to each other.Prolonged exposure to loud sounds is the most common cause of tinnitus. Up to 90% of people with tinnitus have some level of noise-induced hearing loss.
High estogen in males cause sexual disfunction and generaly it is related to low testosteron level.Low T level can cause some of your actual symptoms.

The pituitary adenoma can be a possible diagnosis.
To clarifie the situation it is necessary to do a head MRI and to do the measurement of pituitary hormones and testosteron level(free and total)

Hope this is helpful.
Wish you all the best.

Last question. Is there a particular blood test that I can request aside from a scan that would indicate a pituitary issue such as an adenoma? Thanks for your time.
