Dear sir, hello again.. since you are not experiencing any symptoms then I would recommend that you get a blood test for potassium level and renal functions including urea and creatinine to exclude electrolyte disturbances and renal dysfunction.. I would also recommend that you get an echocardiogram to exclude ischemia heart diseases and valvular dysfunction. According to test results , it shall be decided if you need an antiarrythmic medication or not.. I hope you find this helpful
