Brief Answer:
A number of causes

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but the assessment of Ecg changes needs to be in correlation with presenting symptoms if present.. Please clarify wether you are experiencing breathing difficulties with effort or exercise, previous myocardial infarction. however This could also be due to electrolyte inbakbcd , so please check on your kidney functions including urea and creatinine. I hope you find this helpful

Brief Answer:
Echocardiogram

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, hello again.. since you are not experiencing any symptoms then I would recommend that you get a blood test for potassium level and renal functions including urea and creatinine to exclude electrolyte disturbances and renal dysfunction.. I would also recommend that you get an echocardiogram to exclude ischemia heart diseases and valvular dysfunction. According to test results , it shall be decided if you need an antiarrythmic medication or not.. I hope you find this helpful
