Brief Answer:
May indicate heart condition

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I read your query and here is my advice.
If you are having chest pain and new bundle branch block it can be serious and may indicate heart attack
Left bundle branch block may also be a sign of other heart diseases such as dilated cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, high blood pressure, aortic valve disease, coronary artery disease .
I think you may need to get further evaluated doing an ultrasound of heart and blood tests such troponin and CKMB.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.
