Brief Answer:
Anti androgens.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have gone through your query and understood your concern.

Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) antagonists are synthetic analogs of gonadotropin-releasing hormone, which is produced by the hypothalamus and controls the secretion of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) by the anterior pituitary.
The result of using gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonists is to decrease the effect of gonadotropin-releasing hormone and consecutivelly to decress sex hormones.

In men, gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonists inhibit the release of luteinizing hormone, and consequently less testosterone is produced.

GnRH antagonists are used to provide fast suppression of testosterone without the surge in testosterone levels that is seen when treating patients with GnRH agonists.

Other drugs that can decresse the testosteron level are spironolactone , LHRH and Flutamide. These drugs are called anti-androhlgen drugs.

Hope i have answeted to your question.
Wish you good health.
