Brief Answer:
Flu symptoms possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think the symptoms you are experiencing may be related to a simple flu infection.
It can be transmitted from person to person so probably you contracted it from an infected person.
You may need to take antinflamatory drugs such advil or acetaminophen for pain relief and for fever.
Also try to keep yourself hydrated having water, fluids and a warm soup. Also taking vitamin C is advisable to shorten the duration of symptoms.
You may start to feel better in three days.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
