Brief Answer:
Worthwhile to get urine tested...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I would like to know if it hurts to pass urine? Do you feel the need to pass frequent urine? And do you have history of diabetes and high blood pressure.

The symptoms you have are not specific to a particular medical condition. But based on the described symptoms, I would order an urine test. I would also like to get your blood pressure and blood sugar tested. Your local primary care provider will know about these tests and help you through it.

In the meanwhile, drink plenty of fluids along with cranberries. Avoid unprotected sexual intercourse incase you are sexually active.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
