Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to ask a doctor.
Thank you for the query.
I understand your concern.
Looks like you have an acidity problem
Try following things and see how you feel
1) no sleep or lie down 2 hours after meals
2) light walk after meals for 15 to 20 min will help
3) avoid eating too much at a time
4) dont strain even if you feel nauseous
5) avoid excess oily spicy food also avoid coffee aerated drinks
6) avoid pain killers if any
7) can try an antacid like omeprazole 20 mg once a day to be taken empty stomach in morning
8) if too much nauseated can take domperidone 10 mg half an hour before meals
9) regular walk exercise and adequate sleep for 7 to 8 hrs at night will help in long run
10) avoiding stress will also help you in long run
if symptoms persist then can consider doing a liver function test and endoscopy as per your physician.
Hope this answers your query
Wish you a speedy recovery

Hi
Thank you for the query.
Yes upper abdominal discomfort or mild pain could be related to acidity and dyspepsia. Above medication should help you for that too.
Best wishes.
