Thats for getting back to me.
Based on your history and demographics its most likely a UTI, sexually transmitted which is very treatable with antibiotics.
However, you need to get your urine tested for the most likely germs to get optimum treatment.
These antibiotics are not sold over the counter hence, you will need to see your primary care to get a prescription.
One more thing, remember to use condoms and based on your results your partner may need to get treated as well.
Do you have anymore concerns?

Can it be treated without antibiotics? If so, will it be fully cured?

Detailed Answer:
HEY XXXXXXX
IF OUR PRESUMPTIVE DIAGNOSIS IS RIGHT, WHICH IS VERY LIKELY; THEN ONLY ANTIBIOTICS CAN TREAT IT.
THE SYMPTOMS MAY GO AWAY BUT THEY WILL REOCCUR AND CAN RESULT IN LONGTERM COMPLICATIONS AND SPREAD TO OTHERS IF NOT MANAGED ADEQUATELY WITH ANTIBIOTICS
