Question: Everytime I pee I have this very strong smell that follows it and it tingles as well. I think its a UTI.

Based on the facts that you have posted strong smell of your urine is mostly due to UTI

Get routine urine test and urine culture done to establish diagnosis

In the meantime start taking antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin and Nitrofurantoin twice daily
.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report

Ensure to drink more water This will help to reduce strong smell of your urine
