Experiencing Heartburn Just After Masturbating Please Advice
Question:
I am experiencing heartburn just after masturbating (it just happens every time), and I don't feel any of guilt and shame, and it has nothing to do with my thinking or mental state. I repeat, I experience it just after ejaculating during masturbation and the heartburn is so painful. I take sulpirid medication and the heartburn decreases. Please give me advice, I am craving for help! It is hard to live with this, I hope there are some good doctors out there. Many thanks in advance.

Brief Answer:
Probably GERD or hiatal hernia worsened after masturbation.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
There is no direct link between masturbation and heartburn, but, the problem may be mechanic.
Probably, you suffer from a subtle hiatal hernia or GERD, and the intraabdominal pressure caused by masturbation may worsen these conditions, and their primary symptom is heartburn.
So, I recommend being evaluated and treated further for GERD or hiatal hernia.
You should see a Gastroenterologist for this purpose.
Thanks.

I would explain as follows.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
I have read your follow-up question.
If there is a diagnosis of GERD or hiatal hernia, your Doctor may prescribe antacids, omeprazole, etc. to be used continuously. Modifications of diet also may be necessary. In some cases, endoscopic treatment may be necessary. Discuss with your Gastroenterologist these issues.
Thanks.
