Experiencing Pain In Leg. How To Get Relief?
Question: My left leg is paining terribly. This happens normally when i don't sleep properly.
This is 2nd day - i am going mad. Please suggest.

I could not bare the pain and visited my family doctor.
He said - This caused because of acidity and Stress. Gave me some basic medication. After taking rest. I am feeling better. Thanks a lot for your support. Appreciate your response. Cheers - XXXXXXX

Stress is known to cause sleep disturbances, acidity and leg pain. I am glad that you are better now.
However if you have chronic stress, you should consider consulting a psychiatrist for counselling and/or treatment. It can be helpful.
Meanwhile you can do relaxation techniques like breathing exercise, yoga or meditation.
