Experiencing Pain In Vagina During Intercourse. What To Do?
My wife is experiencing pain in her vagina at the time of intercourse only. she says that there is pain near perineum and near cervix during the time of intercourse and this happens when there is a deep penetration or when i use some force to move my penis deeper. we use lubricant coated kamasutra condoms at the time of intercourse.I use coconut hair oil for lubricating my penis as well as i also apply it on the condom before the intercourse.she says that she feels this pain temporarily and it stays for 10 to 15 mintues at the time and after the intercouse and after that there is no pain for her. she has breast fibroadinoma and doesnt have any fibroids on urethreus . she says that she has this pain only in few sexual postures. Till now we have tried 4 sexual postures out of which she gets this pain regulary while doing doggy posture and also she gets the pain when i push her legs completely back towards her stomach, and when i apply extra force while penetration. please give us an advise regarding this.
I first apply parachute coconut hair oil on my penis and then ware the condom and apply the same hair oil again on the condom before intercourse. is this a right procedure that i am doing. will there be any side effects for her or any kind of infections for her vagina if we continue the same process. are lubricated condoms good for intercourse. please suggest. Thank u in advance.
Detailed answer...
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
History of Sufficient lubrication and pain only on deep penetration and in certain positions and no pain at the time of entry suggests, that it could be due to some illness like pelvic inflammatory disease, infection in vagina or cystitis, retro verted uterus, hemmorhoids, ovarian cysts, scarring from any previous surgery or some anatomical problem etc.
It could also be due to some psychological disturbance like some deep seated stress or some childhood sexual abuse etc.
You need to consult a gynecologist for thorough history, examination and investigations like ultrasound etc to know the exact cause.
Treatment would depend upon finding the cause.
I hope it helps however you may revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
she has undergone full body checkup few weeks back and i have uploaded the reports. However this check up took place before we started off our sexual life.
so, my questions are
please check the report and let me know sir.
she also mentions that she does have pain at the time of penetration and if do that at a faster pace and she also experiences the pain only when i do it at a faster pace or when i increase the speed of penetration at the time of intercourse.
she also says that she experience pain at the time of entry also that is when i do it fastly...can i continue to use coconut hair oil as lubricant sir. Thank u for ur reply and time
I have seen the reports and find that they are perfectly normal including ultrsound abdomen.
As far the question of pain is concerned,it appears that lack of foreplay and vigorous thrusts may be the reason for pain.
I would advise you to do a sexual foreplay for sufficient time before sex, which would lubricate her sufficiently by her own vaginal juices and you may keep using coconut oil for lubrication.
Instead of vigorous thrusts,do it gently and this would help in removing her fear of pain and relax her muscles and thus help in gentle and painless entry.
At the end,I would advise you to have a consultation with a gynecologist which would help in ruling out any XXXXXXX injury in vagina.
Best of luck
Thanks
