Brief Answer:
May be peripheral vascular disease. Follow up with details.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, it may be due to peripheral vascular disease.

Please let me know do you have leg pain with cramps, increased micturation frequency, increased thirst, weight gain?

To confirm diagnosis I would suggest you to do Doppler ultrasound of upper and lower limbs, thyroid profile, fasting and postprandial sugar levels, lipid profile to rule out possibilities of hypothyroidism and diabetes after detailed medical examination and physician's opinion.

Till then in case of pain, take tablet Tylenol. You may require tablet cilostazol after consultation. Do regular blood pressure monitoring.

Along with that Take fat free diet. Do regular blood pressure monitoring. Try to reduce weight if you are overweight. Stop smoking if you do it. Keep your self warm. Take warm liquids in diet. Do regular physical therapy.

Let me know I can assist you further....

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale
