Thx, I looked that up, but its not the eyelid, the ridge is on the eye.
I had a full eye exam last march, and the eye in question has had an issue where i'd wake up with the lid stuck shut, so then gave me foam to put on the eye twice a day. I also had a shortage of oil glands, so they put me on fish oil.

The ridge may have always been there, but i can find nothing on the internet about it. I see the same form both eyes, and visually look the same. the eye does water a few times a day.

Also, the ridge is down the center of the eye.

Brief Answer:
There could be small cysts on the inside of it

Detailed Answer:
Hey thanks for the follow up . There could be small cysts on the inside of it or their could be concretions which are small deposits of calcium seen in dry eye patients . In any case they can be removed by a simple incision procedure that can be done in the opd itself . I hope my answer helped you . Regards

ive uploaded a pic. I cant avoid the artifact from the camera reflection; however, ive put red arrows pointing to where the ridge feels to be coming from.
