Brief Answer:
The elevated eosinophils may indicate allergies.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear Mr. Muqtadir , welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I see the reports of the blood tests you have done and most of them are within normal range.
The liver enzymes are within normal range .
BUN and creatinine are within normal range which means that your kidneys are liver are normal.
The HBA1C is getting better which means that diet and exercising is having it's effects on your blood sugar levels.
HDL , triglycerides are normal.
The LDL levels are a bit elevated but they can be managed to bring in normal range only by dieting and exercising.
Also your blood formula is within normal range but eosinophils count is a bit elevated which means that you probably are having any allergies, parasites or are taking dieting pills.
The levels you are having are not alarming or something to get concerned if you don't have symptoms.
If you have symptoms you should get further tested.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
I don't think that you should worry about it.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.

I can't say what kind of parasites or allergies can cause elevated eosinophils.

Taking count that you are having itching throat and irritation because of the air conditioner this can be caused by allergies.

You can do allergy molecular tests to check what is causing it.

The ALT levels are within normal range but taking count that you had them lower in previous tests the diet may have contributed to it.

I don't think that this difference on ALT levels and slightly elevated eosinophils are something to worry about.

Almost all tests and within the normal range.

Brief Answer:
High protein diet may be causing it.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I believe that keto diet and increasing the protein intake can cause the elevation of ALT.
Metformin is not likely to cause elevated liver enzymes or to cause liver damage.
