Facing Difficulty In Passing Bowel Movement, Feeling Bloated And Have Acidity Problem. Reason?

I do not have proper motion in the morning, have the urge to go to loo many times in the hope of getting evacuated properly but it does not happen. May be because I am tensed about this or some other issues..Problem has been for quite long..
This makes me feel bloated most of the time . there is a lot of acidity formed.
Due to this I am not able to eat well and drink less water/ do not feel thisty.
Chronic constipation can be caused by a number of reasons.
Most of the time , dietary factors come into play. Also,
lack of intake of adequate amounts of water or fluids add to this.
In very hot wether ,it is easy for dehydration to occur.
Stress factors , lack of proper facilities like latrine can make
you hold back and end up in constipation.
Irritable bowel Syndrome with constipation is related to
dysfunction between brain-gut reaction, mediated through
hormone serotonin. This is not psychological.
What you need to do is to start taking some stool softener
once or twice daily. You can go to your local drug store and
ask about it , the pharmacist will be helpful.
I also suggest that you take a polyethylene glycol solution (PEG)
.Again the pharmacist can help you with this. Start taking it
daily according to directions till you start having diarrhea.
Then you can cut back the amount till the stool is normal in
consistency.
Make sure that you had your Thyroid blood tests to rule out
underactive thyroid which can cause constipation.
Fresh fruits and vegetables are good along with regular
physical activity.
I wish you the very best.

Also please suggest if my frequent/ excessive urination and feeling dehydrated - weak has anything to do with above as urine analysis and blood sugar level is normal. What could be the possible cause?
As for frequent urination , I suggest that you consult a
urologist and have your prostate checked and see if you
have some problems. I am glad that you don't have diabetes.
Follow the instructions that I mentioned before to try to get
your bowel habits to normal. I also suggest that you go to
the bathroom and sit on the toilet at the same time every day
even when you don't have the urge. This is kind of bowel
training. That will work after a few days.
I wish you well.
