I guess you are talking about the probem of premature ejaculation which is hampering your sexual life. The advisable option is master and XXXXXXX technique which you and your partner can learn from a trained psychiatrist. It is a set of easily doable behavioural exercises. Also you can try capsule fluoxetine 20 mg per day after breakfast for a few months that will delay ejaculation as compared to before. Hope you find my suggestions useful.
