Facing Severe Pain In Pelvis And Elbow Joint, The Pain
Question: Facing severe pain in Pelvis and elbow joint, the pain is unbearable at some times. Physio is kind of temporary remedy but the pain retains, and it is been months surviving with this pain.

such pains may occur due to a type of arthritis called spondyloarthritis, however the MRI and reports shared by you seem normal.
the other reason for the pain could be involvement of nerves due to diabetes causing pain.
I would suggest , and ask whether a test called hlab27 has been performed. it is a blood test which should be done.
medication like pregabalin/gabapentin needs to be taken,it should help with the pelvic pain.these are medicines which we prescribe for neuropathic pain.
