Sir
Confirmed it is due diabetics. Today blood fasting 111 and PP is 177.
My local Dr suggests
HH text 120mg, Calapure A Lotion, Elocon cream.
Whether it will be benefit??
I am diabetic and CLL patients and taking drugs accordingly.
Red rashes is due Vasculitis or some other causes. Rashes are coming out in new place day to day
It is itching also.

Brief Answer:
Not vasculitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up.
Vasculitis is generally painful, hence it doesn't appear to be Vasculitis.
The medication given to you should be helpful.
Try these for a week.
If there is no response then a skin biopsy can be done.
Let me know after a week.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Avoid high glycemic index food

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up.
Only diet modification required is sugar control.
Avoid high glycemic index food.
Home remedies won't be effective.
Even the medicine advised to you by your doctor is not very specific that's why I have asked you to use for a week.
Diabetes related skin changes revert back only on sugar control.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
