Hello,

Thanks for posting your query.

Faint line in the Urine home pregnancy test is usually indicative of test being positive and that the conception has occurred.

During early pregnancy, the hormone HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) level is quite low so it may take time for the urine test to give accurate result. Since the urine kits are calibrated ones so they are able to detect after a certain level of hormones is achieved.

After a missed period date it may take 10 to 15 days for the test to show up.

You can get a Blood HCG test done which is accurate for pregnancy determination and gives results after a week of the missed period.
