Fasting Sugar 100 And Random Sugar 115. Suggestions?
Question: Hi,
My fasting sugar is around 100
My random sugar is around 115
I eat a lot of chia seeds which has lots of fibre, no glutem, no GMO, organic. It has all the essential minerals. I use it in sambar, dal which I eat every day. I eat South Indian food, mostly rice ( although sometimes I eat brown rice, mostly I eat fully polished white rice for dinner)
My diet :
8AM - Any of (Sambar with Chia seeds, lots of vegetables in it, 5 idly, 4 dosas)
10AM - Sambar with chia seeds
12:30 PM - Quinoa with Dal + vegetables + Chia seeds
4PM - Fruit or leftovers of lunch
7PM - Quinoa or brown or white rice + fried stuff
In between rarely I eat a piece of halwa or burfy (sweets).
