Hi,

Thanks for posting your query

Anemia can contribute a lot in causing weakness, lethargy, dizziness and along with that your blood sugar was also elevated which again would lead to these symptoms.

The first step should be to rule out the cause of anemia as it can be due to various medical conditions as GI ulcers, good that echo test has been normal.

Regarding the Blood sugar that has also to be under control as raised blood sugar itself can lead to various other issues as eye disorders, foot problems, neuropathy etc.

I would advise you to get the cause of anemia evaluated so that appropriate treatment can be given accordingly. You might require investigations as Stool test,LFT,KFT,folic acid and transferrin levels.

Meanwhile some suggestions for you:
1)Take high fibre and low carbohydrate, low fat diet.
2)Increase intake of spinach,red meat,tofu,prune juice,beans,cereals etc.
3)Drink fresh fruits.
4)Drink lots of water.
5)Restrict smoking and alcohol.
6)Practice relaxation techniques as Yoga,meditation

Hope this answers your query.I will be available for follow up query if any.
