Brief Answer:
I think H pylori would have eliminated

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome here,

I have seen the reports and read your query also .

I think that taking antibiotics would have eliminated the bacteria. More antibiotics are currently not needed until H Pylori shows in repeat test.
Now the gastritis would be due to other causes that need to be ruled out. Reflux also seems to be continuing
My suggestions are as follows:
- Drink cleaner water
- Avoid foods that cause burning
- Drink atleast few sips of cow's milk after every meal. Alternative is gaviscon or gelusil syrup. Kamadudha rasa is ayurvedic alternative for the same
- Avoid lying down after meals
- Gasex syrup for gas and bloating as required

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
PAN D or pan 40?

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Are you taking pan d or pan 40?

Pan 40 contains only pantoprazole and helps with acidity.
Pan d contains both pantoprazole and domperidone. Domperidone is helpful with reflux (sour eructations) of stomach content in gastroesophageal reflux disease.

If these symptoms of acidity and reflux are getting better with its use then you may continue.

Dr Vaishalee
