Hi XXXXXXX
Thank you for the query,
Possibly you are suffering from irritable bowel syndrome.
Anxiety is worsening the symptoms of irritable bowel.
You need to be evaluated with basic test like cbc, esr, thyroid function test and stool examination. After that if required an colonosocopy if required may be needed.
Once the diagnosis is confirmed then medications like mild anti diarrhoeal, isapgula husk can be stated along with a mild anxiolytic if deemed necessary.
In addition you need to regularize your eating, sleeping habits, regular walks and de stressing may help.
Hope this answers your query.
