Hi,
Good to hear from you again.
Looking to the site of pain and other things it seems that there are two possibilities in your case.
1. Renal colic-that is pain due to stone in urinary tract. Stone some where in lower urinary tract can give rise to pain or discomfort like this. In presence of stone there could be no local sings on examination.
2. Muscular pain: This can be due to some stretching or pulling of muscles due to some activity. In this case the discomfort or pain is related to movements.
This two seems to be the most common possibility. The best thing for you is to discuss this with your physician again and if advised by your doctor please go for ultrasound of lower abdomen along with urine examination.
In mean time:
Take light diet, drink plenty of fluids
Apply some local analgesic cream that you are comfortable with
Take medicines as advised by your doctor.
I hope this helps.
Please do write again if you have some queries.
In case you do not have any further query, please accept the answer.
