Question : I sometimes pee chalky lumps. It is quite painful and usually happens after sex.

It looks like inflammation or infection in the semen/ prostate.
Sequence of tests needed are
1. Urine culture
2. Semen culture.

Appropriate antibiotics based these tests should help.
