Thanks for your reply XXXXXXX
It would be a good idea to get your Thyroid test, Full blood count, Fasting and Post-prandial blood sugar tests. This is to rule out Thyroid problems, Anaemia and Diabetes or even low blood sugar respectively.
Yes, a full body check up could help as well. Do avoid caffeine in the form of tea and coffee for now. Practice deep breathing exercises to reduce stress.
Do let me know your next course of action as well.
Thank you.

Hi XXXXXXX
I have looked through your Full blood count report. Out of the two seemingly abnormal results it's only the ESR which is significant. The RDW being slightly less is nothing of concern. There's nothing to worry about.
This high ESR just signifies that there is some inflammation in the body. It does not signify any specific problem. No action needs to be taken based on the results of this report.
From this blood report we have ruled out that you do not have anaemia which is low blood. It is essential to find out if you have thyroid problems which can cause tremors of the hands.
If possible do get thyroid blood test done (to be done in the morning) and also do blood sugar test if you haven't done them before. Also Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D tests will be useful.

Hi XXXXXXX
Thank you for doing the blood tests. The good news is you do not have Thyroid problem, Vitamin B12 deficiency or Blood sugar problems at this time.
Although your Vitamin D is in the insufficient level, I would advise you to take Vitamin D 1000IU daily after meal for 3 months and repeat the Vitamin D test again at that time. Vitamin D deficiency is known to be associated with tremors and also problems along with body pain.
The best would be a combination tablet or capsule of Vitamin D, Calcium and Magnesium for proper body function. An ideal tablet for this cause can be CALCIMAX FORTE which can be taken twice a day in the morning and afternoon after meals for 3 months.
Also it is important to walk for 20-30 minutes a day for 3 days a week and drink 2 litres of water everyday for proper body function.
I hope I have answered your query.
I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
